洛阳开元矿业集团有限公司，始成立于2006年，主营业务涵盖矿产品贸易、矿山开发、酒店服务、房地产开发和金融投资等，集团位于洛阳市开元大道269号唐都园区；中国民主建国会会员、洛阳青年联合委员会常委、洛阳市慈善风云人物、青年企业家许明月先生，现任洛阳开元集团董事长兼总经理。
集团业务涉及有色金属矿山开发、有色金属矿产品购销与进出口贸易、房地产开发、酒店服务与管理、企业管理与咨询、资本投资等多个领域。集团旗下共有十余家全资子公司，主要包括贵州开元矿业有限公司、兴海县铜鑫矿业有限公司、洛阳集美酒店管理有限公司、洛阳唐都房地产开发有限公司、北京明峰资本管理有限公司、北京明峰管理咨询有限公司、北京释源文化传媒有限公司等。

Currently, Mr. Xu is the president and general manager of this group.
The Group's business involves nonferrous metal mines selection, purchase and sale of nonferrous metal ore products and import and export trades, real estate development, hotel services and management, new energy exploration and construction, enterprise management and consultation, capital investment and other fields. There are more than ten wholly-owned companies in Luoyang Kaiyuan Mining Group Co., Ltd., mainly including Guizhou Kaiyuan Mining Co., Ltd., Xinghai County Tongxin Mining Co., Ltd., Luoyang Jimei Hotel Management Co., Ltd., Luoyang Tangdu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.,Beijing Mingfeng Capital Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Mingfeng Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Beijing Shiyuan Culture Media Co., Ltd., etc.
